Find something which you are good at and make yourself excel in that. Gather more information about it and update yourself. Fond of new things or the things you like will always make you more excited and love yourself.

Read some great books that you have been meaning to read. Reading is a good habit that improves our visualisation and improves the creativity. Also, improves to sharpen the mind.


3. Stop Comparing:
Don't compare yourself with anybody. Everything has to shine on its own time. Some people achieve at the first attempt, some may take time. Comparing with others makes to worry more and leads to stress.

4. Learn from Past:
Experiences teach a lot. Learn from your past mistakes and rectify the things you want and give a try again.
